Full instructions and common questions

PDF Tools

Choose PDF merge to combine documents in their listed order into one file. Merging is performed locally.

How to use

  1. Choose PDF merge and add the PDFs you want to combine.
  2. Use Move up and Move down to set the file order. Use the PDF page editor when you need page-level reordering or deletion.
  3. Download the result and check its page count and order.

Try an example

Clear the current file list, then click Add example PDFs to combine a two-page PDF and a three-page PDF. The result should have five pages, with the first two from the first document. Test with non-sensitive files first.

Limits and privacy

Encrypted, damaged or complex PDFs may fail. Large documents are limited by device memory; merging or rewriting can affect digital signatures. Structural compression does not guarantee smaller scanned images.

Common questions

Can I merge scanned PDFs?

Readable scanned PDFs can be merged, but merging does not recognize text in the images.

How can I change page order?

Use the PDF page editor for page-level changes and check the exported result.
