Pre-upload file checker

Check file sizes and image dimensions for free against the upload rules you enter. Repair supported images in batches, recheck the results and package reviewed files.

How to use

  1. Enter the destination’s actual requirements, choose files and review each finding.
  2. Confirm the output format and dimension strategy: preserve ratio, pad or center crop. Transparent JPEG conversion requires white-background confirmation.
  3. Run repair and inspect previews, actual bytes and dimensions. Retry failed items or resume unfinished items after cancellation.
  4. Download the ZIP and per-file report. Unmet outputs can also be downloaded and are clearly marked.

Try an example

Require PNG files up to 200 KB at 300 × 300 pixels. A wide image preserves its ratio by default and reports the mismatch. Explicit padding produces a 300 × 300 output; check its size again.

Limits and privacy

Check up to 200 files. Repair up to 50 JPG/PNG/WebP images: 30 MB each, 150 MB of originals in total and 40 million pixels. Handle animations separately. Exact dimensions are never reduced to meet file size; very small targets may remain unmet.

Common questions

Are files uploaded?

No. Checking, repair, previews and packaging happen in your browser. Originals are retained.

Does passing guarantee successful submission?

It meets the entered requirements; the destination may have additional rules. ZIP reports are review materials, not submission files.

Free use and requirements

Use this tool for free without a KitNelo account. Processing runs in your browser; input limits, browser support and device memory still apply.

Enter the actual receiving site requirements. A passing local check does not guarantee the external site will accept the file.

Free online functions: steps and checks

Check Image Upload Dimensions for Free

Enter the actual width, height and file-size requirements of the receiving site, then inspect the selected images. Review each failed condition before deciding on a repair; a passing local check does not guarantee that the external site will accept the upload.

Compress Images for Upload Requirements for Free

Set the required size limits and apply supported image compression to prepare smaller uploads. Recheck the resulting dimensions, file sizes and visible details afterward, since meeting a byte limit can reduce quality or leave another receiving-site rule unmet.

Batch Fix Upload Images for Free

Review the failed images, apply supported batch repairs and inspect the second check before packaging outputs. Keep the actual receiving requirements beside the results, particularly when different destinations use different dimension, format or maximum-size rules.
