Full instructions and common questions

Structured Interview Scorecard

Create a role-related structured interview scorecard, record evidence, and export a comparison sheet.

How to use

  1. Enter the role and candidate, then rate each criterion from 1 to 5.
  2. Record observable interview evidence for each criterion.
  3. Save scorecards, review average ratings, and export CSV. The hiring team makes the final decision.

Try an example

Use the same communication, problem-solving, and role-skill criteria across candidates for a consistent evidence comparison.

Limits and privacy

Ratings are not objective measures of ability and must not determine hiring by themselves. Avoid protected characteristics or unrelated personal data. This tool does not assess hiring-law compliance.

Common questions
