Full instructions and common questions

Meeting Minutes & Action Items

Turn meeting notes into minutes, extract candidate tasks from common action labels, and confirm owners and due dates yourself.

How to use

  1. Create or choose a named meeting record, then enter the title, date, attendees, notes, and decisions.
  2. Extract candidate actions marked TODO, Action, follow-up, or 待办.
  3. Edit tasks and assign owners and dates, then download Markdown minutes or a CSV task list.

Try an example

“Action: @Lin prepare draft by 2026-10-02” creates a candidate task and detects owner Lin and the date.

Limits and privacy

Rule-based extraction may miss implied tasks or include false positives. The tool does not record or transcribe meetings, invite attendees, or sync with task platforms. Review before export.

Common questions

Why was an action missed?

Prefix its note with TODO:, Action:, follow-up:, or 待办:, or add it manually.

Where are meeting notes stored?

Meetings are stored separately in this browser. Create, copy, archive or restore a record and resume it from the home page. Download JSON backups and confirm additions when restoring. Clearing browser data removes unbacked records.
