How to use
Add terms or import CSV, TSV or JSON. Set approved renderings or preserve originals. CSV headers are source, target, mode, aliases; separate aliases with |.
Enter or import TXT / Markdown source and choose languages, word boundaries, code protection and first-mention annotations.
Local replacement keeps surrounding source text unchanged. Full translation explicitly sends content to this service and DeepL, then verifies every protected marker. Cancel requests or edit inputs to clear stale results.
Paste an existing translation to check coverage and counts. Review flagged terms, copy or download translations, JSON glossaries and CSV reports. Explicitly save the glossary locally if needed across sessions.
Try an example
Load the sample, choose an approved Chinese rendering for Context Engineering, and preserve OpenAI. Local replacement uses the approved rendering twice and leaves AI Agent inside code untouched. The review sample uses a different rendering and should flag that term.
Limits and privacy
Up to 200 terms, 500 spellings including aliases, 20,000 source characters and 1,000 matches. Full translation requires configured DeepL access, connectivity and quota. Fixed terms may need grammatical adjustments. Counts and coverage are not sentence alignment, semantic review or certification of official names. Sample renderings are illustrative.
Common questions
Does this run the baoyu Skill?
KitNelo implements this web tool around explicit terminology and consistent renderings. Full translation calls DeepL; it does not execute an external Skill or provide model-based editorial review.
What is uploaded?
Only Full translation sends source, glossary and context. Editing, local replacement, draft review and exports run in the browser. Source text is not automatically saved.
Why was no result delivered?
Missing or duplicate protection markers cause the result to be rejected instead of silently delivering incomplete terms. Retry or shorten the source.
Glossary editing, term replacement and draft review are free local functions without an account. Full translation uses the configured DeepL service and depends on its quota and connectivity.
Up to 200 terms, 20,000 source characters and 1,000 matches. Full translation sends content to DeepL; local review checks counts, not semantics or official names.
Enter source terms and their preferred forms to replace matching names in your text locally. Check the resulting context for ambiguous matches; the glossary preserves your chosen wording but does not authenticate official brand names or translation semantics.
Edit and Apply a Custom Translation Glossary for Free
Import or edit up to 200 glossary terms and apply local replacements to your source. Full-text translation sends content to the configured DeepL service and depends on its quota, connectivity and possible fees; glossary editing remains a free local function.
Check Terminology Consistency in a Draft for Free
Supply an existing translation and review source-term and preferred-term match counts before export. The local check supports up to 1,000 matches and highlights count differences; inspect meaning yourself because equal counts cannot prove a correct translation.
