Choose a target file size and inspect the prepared application image after compression. Check facial detail and the exported dimensions as well as bytes, because meeting a size cap does not prove the photo meets all requirements of the receiving organization.
Enter the intended-use text and position a visible watermark on the image before download. Review readability and placement against the receiving instructions, ensuring the mark does not cover required facial details or make the application photo unacceptable.
Check the receiving authority’s current dimensions, head framing, background and editing rules before preparing a portrait.
