How to use
- Choose a quote or invoice and enter the number, dates, seller, and customer.
- Add items, quantities, unit prices, discount, and tax rate.
- Review the preview, print or save as PDF, or export CSV for your records.
Try an example
For quantity 3 at 100, with 10% discount and 6% tax: subtotal 300, discounted amount 270, tax 16.20, total 286.20.
Limits and privacy
Documents are created in this browser. The tool does not email, collect payments, assign sequential numbers, or post to accounting. Check local tax and document rules before use.
Common questions
Does it send invoices or collect payment?
No. Print or save the document and send it through your usual business channel.
Can it store customer records?
No customer database is kept. Export CSV or print a copy for your records.
