Website Email Extractor

Extract public email addresses for free from a page or bounded website scan. Deduplicate results, retain source URLs and export Excel with coverage notes.

How to use

  1. Choose a single page or same-origin scan and enter a full URL. Configure page/depth limits and optional sitemap discovery.
  2. Start collecting and review scanned, failed and pending pages alongside email sources. Pause, resume or stop; partial results remain exportable.
  3. For dynamic pages, import saved HTML, TXT or page data, or paste loaded content. Samples exercise extraction and downloads.
  4. Search addresses, domains or sources and export HTML reports, TXT, Markdown, CSV or Excel. Print HTML to save as PDF. Export and import a scan backup JSON to continue later.

Try an example

A contact page supplies hello@example.test, mailto links and help [at] example [dot] test. Check deduplication, extraction methods and provenance. Repeated addresses retain multiple sources instead of becoming multiple contacts.

Limits and privacy

Up to 500 pages and 5,000 distinct emails, with bounded fetch and discovery sizes/time. Public same-origin pages only; remote scripts are not executed, and login or CAPTCHA restrictions are not bypassed. Limits, sitemap truncation, failed pages and dynamic-only content can leave gaps. Reports describe actual coverage. Addresses are extracted, not guessed, delivery-tested or emailed.

Common questions

Does this find every email on a website?

No. Only discovered reachable pages can be covered. Failure, stop and truncation information helps you supply additional pages or loaded content.

Are emails restricted to the website domain?

No. Publicly listed addresses at other domains are retained; filter results by email domain if needed.

What is uploaded?

URLs and pasted/imported page content go to the parsing service. Report assembly and exports run in your browser; collections are not automatically saved.

Free use and requirements

Use this KitNelo tool for free without an account. Collection and source parsing use the server; access rules and hosting limits apply.

Up to 500 pages, 5,000 distinct emails and bounded sitemap discovery. Public static HTML and supplied content only; login, CAPTCHA and inaccessible pages are reported. Scanned coverage does not prove every website email or delivery validity.

Free online functions: steps and checks

Extract Website Email Addresses for Free

Provide a public page or supplied HTML to collect email addresses visible in that source. Review the deduplicated address list and its page references; extraction does not establish delivery validity or reveal addresses hidden behind login or scripts.

Crawl Public Contact Emails for Free

Start a bounded same-origin scan and review which contact pages were actually reached. Collection stops within 500 pages and 5,000 distinct addresses; inaccessible pages, CAPTCHA and login barriers are reported so coverage gaps remain visible.

Export Emails and Source Pages to Excel for Free

Review collected addresses alongside their original page URLs before downloading a spreadsheet. Keep source references and scan coverage with the export so a recipient can verify where each address appeared instead of assuming the list covers the entire website.
