Requirements and use guide
- Python 3.11 or later, uv, gcloud and an applicable Google Cloud project and permissions.
- Real integration requires an authorized document API, secret management and identity-access configuration.
- Configure dependencies and model project following the README and start with USE_MOCK_API=True.
- Test reading, summarization and Q&A with mock documents.
- Review processing scope, evidence and permissions before configuring an authorized real backend.
