For a 200 KB cap, reconcile bytes before accepting size

Use compression-1200x800.png, containing 00125 and 0.75. Assume a receiving cap of 200000 bytes. The target field uses KiB: 195×1024=199680.

1. Choose target-size mode and enter 195, selecting JPEG or WebP only if accepted. Record whether proportional resizing is permitted.

2. Inspect actual bytes and dimensions. An input already below target still needs format and pixel-requirement checks after export.

3. Download the real output, check no more than 200000 bytes in a file manager and inspect 00125, 0.75 and circular edges at useful magnification.

195 is a target with 320 bytes of headroom, not a guarantee for any source. Bytes, format, minimum dimensions and legibility must pass together. Record actual output rather than the number entered.

A target of 200 means 204800 bytes and may exceed a decimal 200 KB cap. PNG quality adjustment may not reach the target at fixed dimensions. Change format or resize only when allowed, otherwise retain an unmet-target result.
